Tobago Wedding Packages
 Each wedding is tailored to your own ideas and it can be as simple or as lavish as you want.
Our experienced Wedding Co-ordinator will arrange the services of the Minister, all legal documentation, including the licence and marriage certificates, and provide two witnesses if necessary.
Of the many options, the following services are examples:

Bridal Bouquet and Buttonholes – Tobago Weddings will select the flowers to match your colour scheme from the many beautiful island flowers available in Tobago. If you have ideas for styles for your bouquet, just let us know and we’ll be delighted to follow your design. In addition, you may like flowers for bridesmaids or corsages for your other guests.

Photography – our professional photographer will capture the moments of your ceremony and present your photographs in a small album, along with the negatives. You may like to keep the wedding photographs informal or if you have a larger group, you may prefer a formal approach. Tobago Weddings can guide you with our photographer.

Video – our video service will record the moments of your wedding and you’ll receive a video and a CD. Whatever you’d like included, from your preparations to the ceremony and even the reception, our professional videography will capture the memories for you.

The Wedding Cake – choose from a traditional Tobago black cake laced with rum, a light fruit cake or sponge cake, iced and decorated.

Champagne – toast your marriage with icy champagne. Tobago Weddings will chill your champagne

Music – Tobago Weddings can organize a steel band to play at your wedding or if you prefer, a choir. From solo to full pan side, whether for the ceremony or for your reception, we’ll book the most suitable band for your wedding.

Beauty Treatments – if you’d like to pamper yourselves, you can begin with a relaxing massage and follow with facials, manicures, pedicures, make up and hairdressing. Our beauticians will take care of you at your hotel or at their salons.

Catering – from beach barbecues to villa catering, Tobago Weddings will organize the catering services for you, whatever and wherever you want.

Cars – transport can be arranged to take you to your wedding location and on to your reception, if required. At the moment, limousines are unavailable but we do have many luxurious, comfortable cars which we can organize for you, along with a driver.
