British Airways talks Blue Waters Inn Hotel, Tobago
Blue Waters Inn is set on the old Speyside Estate, which was originally a sugar plantation. Little remains of the original Estate now, though you will still see the old abandoned stone walls of the sugar factory and the waterwheel. The accommodation comprises 38 rooms, including three bungalows and four self-catering apartments. The bungalows offer either one or two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a large porch. The apartments also offer a choice of one or two bedrooms. All of the accommodation is newly decorated and all rooms face the ocean. The rooms are bright and enjoy a décor with Caribbean design and colours throughout. The hotel is renowned for its water sports and bird-spotting activities. The hotel is located directly on the beach and has its own in-house PADI Gold Palm Facility. There are also several dedicated bird watching areas, as well as a famous bird sanctuary. Creole Cuisine is served in the hotel's Gold Doubloon Tavern.
